I’ve spent my career in the trenches of engineering and operations — not just studying problems, but solving them. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a licensed Professional Engineer, I’ve led teams, launched systems, and seen firsthand what makes improvement efforts succeed or stall.

The LSS System is the result of years of experimentation, lessons learned, and a deep conviction that sustainable excellence requires more than tools — it requires structure and leadership. I created the LSS System to embed Continuous Improvement into everyday operations in a way that’s practical, scalable, and aligned with how people really work.

My Philosophy I believe improvement is not a department — it’s a mindset and a shared responsibility. That’s why the system I built is founded on dual leadership: every Operations Leader is paired with a Continuous Improvement (CI) Partner. These roles are distinct but equal, enabling organizations to balance performance and progress.
