I am a registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience working with ISO 9001. Unsatisfied with compliance alone, I earned a Six Sigma Black Belt to drive measurable improvements. However, I recognized the limitations of traditional Black Belt roles and began experimenting with ways to integrate ISO 9001, Lean, and Six Sigma into a cohesive system.

The result? The LSS System—a proven framework that drives continuous improvement and measurable success.
