About Me
About Me
I am a Quality Manager and ASQ certifed Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience leading quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
One of the most important lessons I have learned is to start with the customer and work backward to the tools. The most effective improvements are not those that use the most sophisticated techniques, but those that solve the problems that matter most to customers and the business. My role is to identify those opportunities and turn them into measurable, sustainable result .
Throughout my career, I have focused on improving quality, reducing variation, increasing productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
My professional interests extend beyond traditional quality management. I am particularly interested in helping organizations identify and prioritize the improvement opportunities that have the greatest impact on customers and business objectives.
This interest led me to develop the Lean Six Sigma System, a framework that combines quality management, continuous improvement, and business process performance measurement into a practical approach for achieving sustainable results.
I believe that quality should not operate separately from the business. Quality systems, improvement projects, and operational performance should all support the same objective: delivering value to customers while improving business performance.
